I will assume that people carry cash overseas, if nobody has been able to track it otherwise.

All of those paper trails you mentioned have been used to recover over $6Billion to Maddoff investors. And it was recovered in less time that M&M's investigators have had.

They haven't recovered one dime. So what else is one to assume?
