A settlement of what, Jimmy? What liability has been established for what tort? How was that liability established? Who did you authorize to negotiate a settlement on your behalf? What authority would enforce the terms of a settlement?

And if you followed the task farce request and pulled your certs there is no longer a centralized record of official ownership.
