The mgt here were make believe personnas... concocted, most likely by Alex Smid, who ran this scam years ago, then had to flee to Mexico, probably about the time that he was concocting and executing another scam, SAEI, which was also shut down by the SEC. Smid likely brought the MSJ people into the scheme.

The properties which SRGE claimed to control do exist, but are tied up in the Mexican courts for years now....due to a dispute between MSJ and BGL.v.....
