If we truly are entering a "deflationary" period then every asset prices in dollars would be worth less as dollars are worth more.. Liquidity/cash is king during those times... This will be very interesting to see how this plays out.. Rates rising will play a big part also as the market looks forward. (Some say 6 months to a yr)
