At this point, the ERC is only a proposal.

Scaling of a device is commercially done at several levels.

Not to be confused with customizing the "ERC" for a particular task.

Since the ERC is not present, and it is a Pilot Unit that is presumably to be tested for optimization, we do not know at what scale (size in this case) it will be built (if ever).

It (ERC) might just as well come in several sizes, to appeal to a broader market. (2 small units - more parts versus 1 large unit with fewer parts - this could be a plus for some and a negative for others).

Let's see the first ERC. Then we can guess what will happen next.
