This was a while back, at least 4+ years ago mind you this contract expired also at that time, but Neah had a hard time giving the Navy what it wanted so the Navy engineers helped Neah develop a non aerobic cell which was larger than what a neah was prototyping for them. Bottom line, nothing came of it and the Navy didn't extend nor make another contract with Neah. It wasn't that big of a contract from what I remember.
