It is beginning to look like more of the same.
The company admits it was having issues due to financial risk management questions. With the share price continuing its descent, those questions will get more intense.
To me, another notice is not a non-issue. It is a signal of further financial weakness to a prospect and further complicates the whole issue.
Additionally, while share price issues can be resolved by reverse splits, market cap issues cannot. By my calculation, the market cap line is around $0.76/share with the current outstanding share count.
If the company needs to tap the shelf and dilute the share price further, things will spiral down.
