I don't get it. So Dror, Yaniv, and Jorge sold a company they created in Oct 2014 (VGR), to Vapor group for preffered shares?
They sold their own company that wasn't producing any revenues to themsleves?
What the hell am I missing here?

This smaells of preffered conversion dumpage in Dec 2015.
