Richard got duped like everyone else. He doesn't have much finance or accounting training which is surprising, and hazardous, for an IR official. So when Olsen was lying to him about the TMM audit preparations, asset values, etc., Richard couldn't tell it sounded fishy. When I started questioning such stuff with him, it only slowly seeped in that he was being lied to. Too late...!
