I had a spare minute and had to vent. I did it to Richard Brown and he was kind enough to accomodate me. I offer this as true to the best of my knowledge and hope it helps in some small way but caution all to be skeptical of all including me.

Comments: several posters on message boards claim to be in contact with
Richard Brown and post responses to questions posed, same day, is this
accurate and why would IR communicate only with a minority of
individuals and not general posting on the various boards?

Dear Richard,

Thank you for your reply.

All too often, in my humble opinion, for what ever reason there appear to be inconsistencies in what representatives for the companies proclaim and what eventually transpires.

I realize that most pinks are a long shot at best, however outright lying, manipulation and deception are issues for the courts.

You and your company may unwittingly be complicit in the activities of some of the securities you represent, as I am certain no reputable firm would knowingly be associated with such companies.

Regrettably I have been invested(gambled) in several such securities and thus far have survived to repeat my mistakes.

The cooperation of miscellaneous affiliate entities in many cases aids in the discovery process which leads to eventual resolution of internal conflicts resulting in the inevitable prosperity or dissolution of said company, hoping of course for the former.

Enough said, I humbly admonish all parties associated with the security known as "QBID" to make every effort to make public and as transparent as is possible all known issues relating to the status and efficacy of the company.

Realizing that the survival of current shareholders may not be the priority over that of the business itself, IMHO, avoidance of impropriety and unethical issues in addition to potential resulting litigation should provide sufficient motivation for all parties to collaborate towards a mutually beneficial goal.

I continue to support the concept of the network and believe it to be viable to say the least, however failure to produce valid financial documentation, continued false or misinformation in addition to the myriad apparent injustices purportedly perpetrated against even the lowliest workers portends failure if continued.

I do not pretend to have the ultimate solution, but honesty, integrity and commitment to openness can only help. IMHO

Please relate these sentiments to the CEO, BOD and Whomever else is implicit and please accept my apologies for such a lengthily dissertation.

Thank you,

Henry

I answer as many individuals as possible with information I have. I have been with TMM for a little over a year now and never have I been paid for IR in cash. I have only been compensated with stock. I have sold only enough to cover expenses for myself and family - the rest I've held. I do investor relations everyday (7 days week) for QBID with no pay as of January. I get threatened by shareholders for company actions that have nothing to do with me, called at home, belittled and lied about on message boards and have always handled these things with professionalism. I've given up other opportunities from other companies to continue my work for no pay with this company. I believe there is not much more I can do.

I am not an insider, employee or officer of the company, I have no authority to issue press releases or make day to day decisions. I am an outsourced IR firm and I share all public information that is given to me by the company. When you work with a Pink Sheet company you are beholden to what information you are provided. I provide disclaimers on all my correspondence that I cannot verify the data that is given to me and reiterate this in telephone conversations I have with shareholders.

I only benefit from this company succeeding.

That said, I will forward your email to management.

Regards,

Dear Richard,

Again I thank you and apologize for venting on you.

Please understand that many long investors feel betrayed by former management and if indeed there has been a change the present entities have fallen short of our hopes and expectations. You appear to be "between a rock and a hard place" and are our only source of information.

I usually only lurk on message boards and seldom post (too many different agendas attributable to unknown persons) so I probably have limited credibility but if you wish I will post these communications in hope of lessening your work load.

Your words do give me cause for hope and I appreciate your honesty and openness. Only wish the best for all involved and I sincerely wish for you a bright and prosperous future.

Thanks again,

Hank
