Wrong! I have read the 10k just like many other shareholders around here, but the paragraph you have cited is nothing to really worry about. It is just some kind of "warning" statement that is written especially for shareholders that are never ever satisfied with anything. IMO It's just like the warning of hot coffee on every coffee-to go cup smile

Therefore, I am definitely not worried about BMSN and Regen at all !
