That is why GTE should stay as quiet as possible and not announce any type of business transaction until its a fact and not something that will happen in the future i.e the Russian contract. Maybe the Ruskies pulled out because they were questioning the companies ability? This doubt as suggested earlier on this board may have been planted by the hack at MF.
