You are lost and I can not educate you . You need to do some DD yourself.

If the stock is sitting at .0001 then there has to be good reasons. I am from a camp that is betting that the company will recover. Others may differ from me but that is their viewpoint.

FYI, ICEWEB has diluted but not for their own benefit but to take the note holders out who had been killing every trend by dumping their shares and bringing down the price. The new owner unified online is pumping money into the company and the company doesn't seem to have taken any toxic loan in last 7 to 9 months under the new and existing owner and board.
