I hope you are correct that the product is at the finale stage of completion. However, in the wild west of pinkland, Honesty is not the best policy. The SEC doesn't spend hardly anytime monitoring or prosecuting fraud at this level. The landscape is a grave yard of dishonest CEO's who put out false statements about their companies. Besides if you think of the recent national recession, they don't even go after the fortune 500 companies that lied.
