I agree, nothing like a divvy to atract buyers - $1 per share = almost 4% - not bad for a tech stock, what if they said something like, We are starting a divvy program @ $1 per share ( .25 qtr) & will review annually, we hope to increase this divvy as income allows.
Would attract more investors ( especially current irs rules on divvy's) than a buyback.

But let us just enjoy Moment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
