IMO it will give Howe more shares to sell and at least a week to do it before shareholders have any shares of their own. It will go from no bid today, to .04 briefly, and within weeks be back @ trips and eventually no bid again. At that point, he will RS again, reverse merge, change the name, or any of the other common tricks to continue the fraud.
