I think you should sue the CEO and CFO, and I'd ask Rosen whether there's any chance of going after ol' Dusty. I realize Dusty has disclaimers all over his blogs saying "you can't sue me" but I think that should not give him license to blatantly lie. He stated as FACT that there was a $4.50 buyout offer on the table and the "India Deal" was a SALE, not an agreement, among other things.
All just my opinion of course. Good luck. I honestly believe that a lawsuit is the ONLY way you are ever going to see another penny from your RXPC debacle.
