Lets play devils advocate..What if the poster who stated that Radient and Mac, was a scam in theory you understand, and if it was a FACT and not an OPINION...What are the remedies? Can a class action suit be filed with lets say with "The Rosen Law Firm" as a representative..It only takes two shareholders to file a class action suit...Correct? Heck, we a handful in our group if need be you understand...According to Delaware law, the director and board at the time of the corporation going void on March 1, 2013 are still the appointees by the shareholders from their proxy in 2011..Makes it even a good reason to hold on to their certificates in my opinion..Hopefully, someone on the left will also weigh in..What do you say? It's Just one mans opinion you understand...Guardiangel
