Trust me - I know how you feel. I'm hoping to buy a house within the next year and I could use the funds that we have all been dreaming about for the last 6 years. The research and time people invest on BOTH sides should be appreciated. It is when you try to cut someone down with childlike arguments that take away from the whole debate.
