The "Secondary Prevention Analysis from JELIS " is the closest we have to Reduce it .

Remember with your slide #26 ...you are looking at HDL under 40 ..which are mainly diabetics and those with specific lipid disorders .
I think you will find TG's above 150 are a lot more common then HDL under 40.
Since HDL under 40 was not a prime requirement for RI , its a bit of a stretch to use slide #26 .

Also , LDL levels were around 180 in JELIS , where as they had to be under 100 to qualify for RI.

I still expect to see clinical benefit ...say 20-25% , just not in the camp of 40-50% benefit and trial stopped in 2015
