I've had my doubts about Meridian and his motives and this post about the Addax prospectus and associated PRs being labelled Not for Distribution in the United States just intensifies them.

(Instructmba, I hope you don't take this as an attack on Meridian. In fact he gets my grudging admiration.)

The clause is there so Addax complies with Canadian security regulations, as the IPO was made available only on Canadian exchanges. Being Canadian, I see this notation all the time on PRs.

It's remarkable to see Meridian bait and prod -- he should be a murder squad detective. I doubt he is a paid basher, as IMO their existence is a myth, but whatever his motives he is obviously very good at taking over and discombobulating previously-functional boards.

MBA, I hope you get tired of fencing with him soon and ban him from this board so it can become useful again.
