DC ms. Howard is no longer the assignee, It is radient ..She is out of the picture for GOOD....It is in the "File wrappers" from the patent page..What you will seeis a RCE filed including the patent along with the Provista Diagnostics biomarkers..Then DR-70 will be protected It took 16 months for a USPTO action the last time..With a combination of Provista BT Test(Biomarkers in combination with DR-70) it will extend both well into the future..Killing two birds with one stone..imo Wolf

Once Radient applies to re-instate itself as a corporation in Delaware, we remaining long investors will be correct in our assessment that Radient will re-emerge again.

Lets wait and see what Radient does. Following the reinstatement is the one thing we can easily do from the sidelines. It should be soon; they have had plenty of time to gather up the missing filing statements, and they cannot afford to let too much time pass on the patent situation.
