Why worry about this abandoned patent application? Gartner and Provista have patents for DR-70 and everything else, isn't that correct? Odd that nobody can produce those patent numbers but why sweat the little details when RXPC shareholders are all going to be rich soon?

RE: the attorney withdrawal: The attorney petitioned to withdraw because they were not paid. That's the box they checked on their form. End of Story. They probably kept trying to get paid while the application was still active but finally gave up when the writing of that final 8k was on the wall. Who knows what the new owners (the Aussies) told the patent attorney but that's the beauty of the reverse trianglular creeping backyard merger -- everything that looks like bad news is really good news and everyone involved is keeping the whole merger a closely guarded SECRET.
