3 supposed "projects" have been PR'd around that time ( July/Aug/Sept2014 )………all requiring financing to EVEN start,,, so why isn't the financing being used

WHATS THE WAIT for?????

whjen CREDIBILITY is the reason for ALL PENNYS, why not show that these projects are being funded and worked on?????……….

remember. INCC isn't a grow operation, its a consulting and irrigation systems company…..SEE THE COMPANY website and business model………ITS NOT ABOUT POT sales

SO WHY THE WAIT???……..for an independent grower to get their license?/.……WHY wait for an UNRELATED business owner??????

INCC simply has told all the shareholders a LIE………the funds that were PR'd DONT EXIST…..only a foolish investor would think that the reason the FUNDS HAVENT shown up is because a PENNY stock CEO says its not the "right time" COME ON………..
