This PR to me sounds juicy... the only questionable item is the m/a stuff. People may see that as a cost and on an OTC stock, maybe that cost will not be helpful... but how about the other part of this regarding 3 potential deals... that is meaty... and those deals could be announced at any time. This is a great time to accumulate... later on we will talk about the days when this was less than $1 and how crazy that was...

I am in sales myself and working out committed relationships for the simple sale of a few hundred K a year in computer parts can take months. UDSG is attacking the big guys... and with the Subway experience on their side... it's gonna be a winner.
