So, this is the PR that caused our PPS to drop... it was after this that the stock began it's decline...

BOCA RATON, Fla., Feb 22, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- There has been a tremendous amount of interest in our Company over the past few months, and UDS Group, Inc. (UDSG) (Pink Sheets:UDSG) deems it important to have the right communications with the public. As we have mentioned in the past, our business model is interchangeable with various industries in the market place. Currently UDSG is in discussions with three (3) major companies in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) / LSR (Leisure Service Restaurants) food sector and one (1) in the electronics field. UDSG will report the results of these discussions at the appropriate time. UDSG understands that with the evolvement of ever changing technologies, the Company will seek mergers and acquisitions to insure that our services remain state of the art.
