CMKX is not a shell. It's been revoked, and so has no value because it can't trade.

As for the "second half" of the CIM and GEMM divvies, they were never paid because they were based on an o/s of 1.5 trillion. Evidently Urbie planned to issue much more stock at the time the divvies were planned. Then the USCA investigation began. I suspect Urbie was advised not to issue any more stock.

So "investors" didn't get the rest of their divvies.
