The reason they want to be available and well equipped with the CNC machine? My guess is even though they are hanging their hat on the new injected mold Engel machine, there may be parts or procedures in place that work better and differently with the CNC. From what i understand, Visser and LQMT are joint on possible Lockhead Martin canard contracts and prototypes were produced with CNC machines. Once the 2 companies are through with prior commitments with one another, LQMT WANTS TO BE JUST AS VIABLE OF A CHOICE that can deliver the exact same results and more to lockhead or other interested parties. Just a thought for everyone to dissect.
