I guess the plan of listing in Canada which just the cake they set on to draw the pig (sec) out and negotiate with them. Just my guess, because they cancel the deal with Haltain, after that sec opened the case for them. Read the 8k and recently report of Haltain, it seems everything has been set out.

By the way, did anyone send a message to Benz? I have sent him a coup time no one of return.( I'm not a basher but a shareholder hurt by the company now)
