It is not necessary to change the name or even share structure. New shares can be issued to creditors or for DIP financing in the same way they always have with out abandoning the current corporate structure.


In so far as GTATQ will be restructred in a kind of a new company name (public helded) and a new shareholder structure (new shares included) ....
