New court case: Foreclosure

NOTE: Unfortunately the Vermont court system does not provide links to the supporting documents. Whatever is being foreclosed on is in the name of Daniel Burgess and Audra Lynn Allen. According to on-line loan collateral documents there is only one property listed as being jointly owned by these two individuals, that being the Condos Dan and Audra purchased last July. The same condos that were PR'd (under PRRM) in July, 2005 as costing $700,000.

A word of caution. Since the forclosure listed in the documentation below DOES NOT include any address information, it is possible that this forclosure may be related to another piece of property we are unaware of.

I'll try to dig a little deeper to see if I can discover if this represents the condos or not. I invite others to search for the truth as well. I also invite discussion of what a forclosure on any property that has Dan's name attached to it means as it relates to the "bigger picture."

Lastly, it's also important to know that this case is still active and an answer is expected from Dan and Audra.
