So Hogan and Hartson is representing CDEX in the action. I am glad they are being aggressive about this, making counter claims & looking for reimbursement for legal expenses....Think about this folks, especially the board naysayers who don't have anything to say except scam: There wouldn't be ANY lawsuit if what we have isn't very valuable and threatening to other companyes. Along that line of thinking: Our tech is a threat to other companies...So who are these anonymous "experts" that appear on these boards do their drive bys then disappear?
