It's hard to understand how they could have produced a new tequila that meets all 3 aging criteria. If the basic tequila was produced over a year ago, then the silver wouldn't meet the characteristics of being "unaged and bottled or stored immediately after distillation, or aged less than two months in stainless steel or neutral oak barrels".

It's not really hard to understand or confusing. They bought existing "juice" that was imported under another name. They "infused" the existing tequila they bought, Anejo and Silver, and have applied for COLA's.

Like anything else, brands are available for sale and can be re-branded under another name.

What is curious is why DZIAQ is still shown to be imported by Core. OTR never got a COLA. Changing over the COLA to TSB should have already occurred and isn't near the process as formulation is.

Advisory board member, Ross Graham, was with Core and OTR. Are there folks from Core that aren't budging on the COLA?

Just thinking out loud......
