Wrong...companies announced the end of merger relationships all the time, whether its from regulatory issues, or disagreements between the management of the companies. Then you disappear via a Facebook post. I ain't buyin what you are sellin.

And no, a CEO has a fiduciary responsibility to shareholders first. If that were not the case, companies wouldn't downsize and they would probably take more risks with capital.

I will say this...you entered into what I believed was an impossible situation. I commend you on that. You tried. I commend you on that. Communication? No, it could have been much clearer and more transparent.

Good judgment comes from experience, and experience comes from bad judgment.
