You really don't get it. I was in no way going to be the one to destroy the value of your shares. If that was to be the fate of the company, I would have no part in it, would accept no profit for it. No wonder I get villified - no good deed goes unpunished. You guys are still posting that you wanted more PRs. You and I have a fundamental difference of opinion, I believe that a manager's first responsibility is to the company, then to the shareholders, the better to protect their interest. You think I have it backwards - screw the company, but make the shareholders feel better, keep 'rm in the loop. I guess you could find a company that acts that way, but in 50 years of looking, I haven't found one yet. Full disclosure doesn't mean you have to take down your pants and spread your cheeks. Companies do not PR bad news, unless they have no choice. I had a choice, and new managewment did not dilute your shares to a value where all issued shares would become less than 1% of the post R/S company. Reeltime is now moving forward into an exciting new direction with your share of its success intact. Don't bother to thank me.

You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich. You cannot
strengthen the weak by weakening the strong. You cannot bring on
prosperity by discouraging thrift. You cannot lift the wage earner
up by pulling the wage payer down.
