He also told me today , that generally penny stock transactions such as BKMP's deal with Garrow's Blackout Comm and CMKX's claim option agreements with Koch are recorded in the public domain. Do you happen to remember the CMKX option agreements that Pedro provided ? I'm curious where the SEC acquired them from ?
