Be it a matter of law or requirements of the FDIC-R and their guidelines , they don't have to.

Where for example is WMI's GRANDFATHERED CHARTER

IT Wasn't the banks or the federal savings ,IT WAS WMI HOLDING's charter ALONE.............And a very special one allowing WMI to be in pretty much any business they want via the subs they had,but still OUR BANK CHARTER.

FDIC has no reason to pull it period , had WMFS or WMB had charters sure ,but not our charter............. OUR SUBS were seized we were not as we didn't directly conduct BANKING BUSINESS , our subs did.

They seized the bank when they were TOLD WARNED BY OTS NOT TO , but did anyway................Be afraid of what they can't do ,because we have seen what they can't do YET THEY DID
