All the Florida registrations for WSGI and GTC are inactive and have been revoked since September for failure to file annual reports with the State that were due last April. WSGI is registered in Delaware but is required to register as a "Foreign Profit Corporation" in Florida if they want to conduct any business in the State.

"Pursuant to Fla. Stat. Chapters 607 and 608, some of the factors looked at are if a company:

Keeps employees in the state
Takes orders in the state
Opens and operates a bank account in the state
Keeps a physical existence in the state"
