I did offer. I think he had to groom his cat, mow the lawn or something like that.

I could have provided a two bedroom condo either in Titusville on the coast or a nice resort in Orlando. Would have just cost me under $300 and he could have used the entire week. I thought it would be worth it since he had a lot of questions for management.
