The 'D' word
I really thought with Solms at the helm, that "Delisting" would vanish from our vocabulary.
But, it is baaaaccckkk.
If Solms thinks it is hard to sell anything now, just imagine if prospective customers see that Wave Systems has gotten a Delisting Notice.
I pray that Solms realizes this, and I pray that he has some ducks in a row to avoid getting said Notice. Like buddies to buy the stock. But if he does not have anything concrete to point to, it is going to be very hard to avoid. Kind of a vicious circle thing.
What is the event that triggers a Notice? Is it 30 Trading days under $1? Or 30 days on the calendar?
Sad state of affairs.
