These companies have been mentioned in the past as potential buyers of GTAT aka GT Solar: Applied Materials AMAT, Novellus NVLS, Amtech Systems ASYS and BTU Engineering BYU. These go back several years but could still be players. I would think that AMAT might be a good bet.
