It's cheap to move the stock up. You can bid the price up 25% with a $4.88 purchase of 100 shares. Someone is purposefully managing the stock price up. I guess if your holding 10 Million shares from a converted loan you made to Saleen for $50K and you can sell the shares for 5 cents you just made $450K. In order to do this you need to drive the average shares traded daily up with the hopes that new buyers will be there to unload your 10 Million shares. This will take a long time but the payout could be large at the expense of the OTC investor.
