Sorry but the PR didnt specify anything, lets get the facts right, it only said as a statement that no shares were going to be issued, as a wishful thought, but nowhere it says that the CD is convertible to Supreme Shares and not IFUS, and IFUS where the ones approving the CD, they left that open to interpretation conveniently, as usual.

The Board of Directors of Impact Fusion approved and completed funding for a convertible debenture of $250,000 for the purchase of equipment and resources necessary to start production in its Louisiana facilities. No shares of Impact Fusion were issued as part of this financing nor will they be in the future.
