A correction will be issued soon...

Response from Ryan Flaim at GTAT:

Greg – A broader email will be going out momentarily to clarify that this press release was erroneously sent out earlier. As such it has been removed from our website. We apologize for any confusion. You are correct that the Settlement Agreement has in fact been approved by the bankruptcy court. Thank you.

Hello Ryan and Jeff,

I'm a GTAT shareholder and would some clarification on the following excerpt from the news release...

"Although we have different views on the matter, we believe we have settled our disputes with Apple and see no point in further addressing the circumstances that led to our Chapter 11 filing or our relationship with Apple. Our focus now is on moving the company forward through the bankruptcy process. We remain optimistic that the Bankruptcy Court will approve the Apple Settlement Agreement on November 25th because it is in the best interest of all parties."

Since November 25th has already passed and that the judge signed off on the revised settlement, this release seems outdated and misleading at this time. Was this intentional?

Best regards,
Greg Wagner
