...that is the point. You indicated that they were renting. Actually, they had left, to the WaMu Center, owned by Washington Mutual Bank, seized by OTS, in Receivership of the FDIC and SOLD to JPMorgan Chase. It has nothing to do with WaMu Tower, or Beacon Partners or Blackstone; not even the same building.

...and, I believe, when one looks at the actual facts, the same is to be said for all of the asserted $47 billion is secret hidden assets that the FDIC-R is "holding" for "reconciliation." Such assertions are supported by the fact that they "don't exist;" therefore, they are secret.

Again, when one rolls up the sleeves and looks at the black and white, these assertions have never had any referenced substantiation.
