The "official" Pet Pain Away website can not sell you the product, it would be competing with their own affiliates if it did. There are ways for legitimate MLM companies to avoid this particular problem but the folks behind MyNyloxin/Lumaxa have very little practical experience with selling products actual customers so might not even be aware this issue exists.

Unless you personally know one of the affiliates you'll need to find one on the internet or on facebook before you can buy the product. I suggest using a disposable email address when you contact them or place an order the sales website, Keith Carey is something of a muckety muck in MyNyloxin/Lumaxa and is a somewhat notorious email list merchant.
