$ENIP I would love some feed back from pros on this

I am curious what every one thinks of this:
Occurs to me that the ones $ENIP is suing, may be shorting and or manipulating the stock price of ENIP, to making it expensive for ENIP to sell shares to pay bills? I am noticing that it is nearly impossible recently to buy any volume of shares in several stocks like ENIP on my list with out slapping the ask, and visa versa to sell. I am writing up an interesting trade history from tests I ran yesterday, write up on my board, so check it out for a post on this today. NITE and ATDF seem to have a new automated bid-ask battle underway and involved as well
It is a site to see at times on L-2 for the pennies, looks like HFT on pennies!!!
