That's the problem, though - JAMN has the worldwide exclusive right to the name Marley Coffee, though they can't open coffee shops according to the license. So who opened and owns the coffee shop? How did they get the right to use the name if JAMN isn't allowed to do it themselves?

If I owned JAMN stock, I'd be asking questions about this for sure!
