Amazing to see celebration of increased competition

I'm really surprised to see CannaVest shareholders celebrating this language in the spending bill, because what it really means is that CannaVest loses competitive ground for it's CBD in every state where high CBD marijuana strains like Charlotte's Web and R4 are now legal.

Since the CBD from those strains is typically one-sixth the cost of CBD from industrial hemp, CannaVest will be at a significant pricing disadvantage in legal states, and will lose market share.

With approximately twenty states now allowing the legal uses of medical marijuana, and with the Feds now not enforcing the federal laws in those states, that means that CannaVest has lost nearly 50% of its market exclusivity.
