Does any one know how the Tera Xtal claim plays into this settlement.See paragraph 7.

GT Hong Kong is not a debtor in the BK but is owned by GT. The settlement is for $21M plus 9% int. going back to 11/6/2012. This is about $25M and has to come from GT cash someplace.

TXT wanted a lien placed on the furnaces to assure they get a cut of any sales but there has been no mention in and docket items.
